Bolt the Qilin

Remodeled Bolt the Qilin(known as Kirin in Japan).

Bolt is a summoning beast, and serves as Budokai Hyuga's mount. His attitude is that of a loyal gentlemen, and doesn't get angry that easily. Highly skilled in the martial arts style called Lightning Legs, focus on mostly kicks. Bolt's powers is of course electricity, and he usually doesn't resort to killing his foes.
